The Company collects your Personal Data (Email address), provided with this registration, by automated and telematic means also through the computer structures of Infotech srl. The provision of the Data is compulsory in order to join the Service. You may always exercise your rights under Article 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/03, including the right to access your data free of charge, to obtain updating or cancellation without delay for breach of the law, to oppose the processing of your data for purposes of commercial information or advertising, by writing to info@skytool.it. Your Personal Data collected with this registration may only be processed by persons in charge of processing who are responsible for the management of the services requested. Computer system maintainers may also become aware of it. The Data will not be communicated, except for legal obligations, nor disseminated.
